Privacy

Email is collected only when you explicitly opt in. Submitting a problem is not consent. Votes store a broad category, not a private product idea. Private projects never ship to the public site.

The Build List

Joining stores your email address, your name if you give one, the preferences you chose, and the date you signed up. Nothing else.

It is a confirmed opt-in list: you are not subscribed until you follow the confirmation link, and you are told plainly whether a confirmation email could actually be sent. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Your address is kept after you unsubscribe only so it cannot be added back by mistake.

Your address is never sold, never shared, and never published. It is stored in a private database that only Natalie can read.

Project enquiries

An enquiry stores what you typed: your name, email, business name if given, the package you were interested in, and your description of the project. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything — that is a separate tick box.

Spam protection

Forms carry a hidden field that a person never sees, and submissions are rate-limited by originating address. The address is counted in memory and is not stored.

Removal

Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or send an enquiry asking for removal and your records will be deleted.

Children's identifying details, employment identity, and product blueprints stay off this site. This page is a foundation — a full production privacy policy still needs founder review before public launch.
