- Three rounds of revisions during the build
- One training session on updating your own content
The Complete
Everything in The Business, plus:
- Up to seven pages
- One additional section, agreed before the build starts — a gallery, a simple directory or similar
- Four rounds of revisions during the build
- Analytics set up so you can see what people actually do
- Launch checklist and handover documentation
- Copywriting. You provide the words; I’ll tell you what’s missing
- Photography and stock licensing
- Online payments, e-commerce, booking systems and member accounts
- Third-party integrations beyond an embedded form or map
- Ongoing content changes after launch — see the care plans
- Anything that stores, processes or logs your customers’ data — that is a custom software project, not a website package
A round of revisions is one consolidated set of feedback on the work we agreed — you send your notes together, and I make those changes.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, and you approve the quote before it starts.

What every plan assumes
- Care plans apply to standard, low-traffic websites. A site with unusual traffic or infrastructure is quoted separately.
- Content changes are not included in any plan.
- Content changes are billed at $75/hour, with a 30-minute minimum and 15-minute increments after that.
- You get an estimate and you approve it before any billable change is made.
- New features and development work are quoted separately from maintenance.
A few terms I'd rather agree with you than guess at
These are settled in writing before any project starts. They aren't published yet because I'd rather leave them blank than publish a number I haven't thought through.
