I Almost Built Story Vault Wrong

The temptation was to make the product do everything. The better version does less, on purpose.

The first version in my head was a machine that would capture every interesting moment of a build.

That version was also a second full-time job.

The lesson I'm willing to say in public: if a product makes the customer do the remembering, the documenting, and the packaging, it isn't helping. It's assigning homework.

I'm still figuring out the rest. That's the point of building in public without handing over the blueprint.
