This is probably a good fit if

Structure and words first
Pages, order and copy before visuals. This is the part most sites skip, and it is the part that decides whether the site works.
Build and review
I build it and you look at the real thing, not a picture of it, on a phone and on a desktop. Changes happen here.
Live, hosted, looked after
It goes live on managed hosting. After that it is maintained — which means you have somewhere to send "can we change this" and it gets changed.
